Delivery Policy
We offer same day delivery throughout St. John's and surrounding communities Monday through Saturday. Deliveries requested on Sunday or public holidays may be delivered the following business day. Limited delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays, especially to funeral homes. If you wish to place an order for deivery on a Sunday or a public holdiday, please call us at 709-726-1283 (local) or 1-877-726-1283 (toll-free) to confirm that appropriate arrangements can be made. Otherwise, the delivery may be scheduled for the following business day.
Same day local delivery cannot be guaranteed during periods of peak demand around Christmas and New Year's (December 18-31), Valentine's Day (February 12-14), Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, and Mother's Day (May 6-14). To help assure on-time delivery during these peak demand periods, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the intended delivery date.
Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Our deliveries are normally made before 5:00pm, but on busy days some scheduled deliveries may be completed as late as 9:00pm.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. In cases where it is uncertain whether anyone will be present to accept delivery of a flower order, we may call the intended recipient in advance to schedule a suitable delivery time. If you specifically request that we not call ahead and multiple attempts are required to complete a delivery, an additional delivery fee may be charged for each required delivery attempt.
In the event no one is available to accept a delivery on the date scheduled, we will leave a message for the recipient to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We are closed on the following statutory holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Canada Day (July 1) Labour Day (first Monday in September), Canadian Thanksgiving (second Monday in October), Remembrance Day (November 11), Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We are also closed on Regatta Day, a local civic holiday in St. John's, which normally falls on the first Wednesday in August. Delivery service is not available on these days.
Delivery Throughout North America
As a service to our customers, we can relay orders to Teleflora affiliated florists in communities across Newfoundland and Labrador and throughout North America. Orders for delivery in any community outside our immediate delivery area will be relayed to an affiliated florist in that community.
Delivery Charges
Our base delivery charge is $10.00 for deliveries in most of St. John's. A delivery charge of $13.00 applies for addresses in the Southlands, Kilbride and Shea Heights sectors of St. John's (postal codes beginning with AIG, A1H and postal code A0A 1J0) as well as Mount Pearl (postal code A1N). Delivery charges to neighbouring communities, including Paradise (AIL postal code), Conception Bay South (A1W postal code section only), Portugal Cove-St-Phillips (A1M postal Code), Flatrock, Pouch Cove Shoe Cove, and Bauline range from $15.00 to $25.00. Delivery service to the A1X postal code area of Conception Bay South is limited to Kelligrews.

A wire service charge of $8.00 in addition to the delivery fee paid to the filling florist, will be charged on any order that is relayed to a filling florist outside our immediate delivery area.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders though this website as prices for flowers in countries outside Canada and the United States are often higher than indicated on this website. Additional wire service relay charges also apply to international orders for delivery outside Canada and the United States. Limited Delivery Service to Rural Communities on the Avalon Peninsula
As a service to customers, we can arrange for delivery of flowers to some communities on the Avalon Peninsula that are not served by local flower shops, in particular Bell Island, communities on the Southern Shore, from Bay Bulls to Trepassey, and communities in the St. Mary's Bay area, as well as Placentia and neighbouring communities. Delivery to these rural communities can only be provided from Monday to Friday when local taxis serving these communities are running. Same-day delivery service to these rural communities cannot be guaranteed as the service is subject to the running schedules of the local taxis involved. A shipping and handling charge of $5.00 per order plus whatever amount is charged by the individual taxi services involved applies to all orders delivered to these rural communities.
Orders placed for delivery to Bell Island are delivered to the ferry terminal in Portugal Cove. These orders must be picked up by the recipient at the ferry terminal on Bell Island.
Despite our best efforts to package floral arrangements carefully for shipping, we caution that we have no control over handling of packages after they are entrusted to third party carriers serving these rural communities. In particular, there is a material risk that floral arrangements sent to Bell Island may be damaged in transit if the ferry crossing is rough. Unfortunately this is a risk completely beyond our control and we cannot guarantee the condition on arrival of flowers delivered to these rural communities by third party carriers.
