Our order was promptly acknowledged. We received a call shortly after advising an adjustment would have to be made and agreed to go with their suggestion. The recipients (and ourselves) were very happy with the result.

After having some challenges with online ordering, I called the shop. The customer service person was very helpful and fast. She made ordering very easy. The Christmas center piece was delivered the same day. I was emailed a receipt when I placed the order and a confirmation of delivery. I found this quite exceptional. Would recommend this Florist any time!
