Not only were they aware of the ongoing scam issue (which they've been dealing with professionally as well), but they handled my situation with genuine care and urgency. A huge thank you to Darlene, who went above and beyond to make sure my Aunt got her surprise flowers today. I'm out of province, but ordered an arrangement online for my Mom for Mother's Day. She was delighted and the picture she sent of the arrangement and vase are just beautiful. I'd ordered with a request as well to which they attended. Holland Nurseries provides excellent quality and excellent service and I'll be happy to order from them in the future.

It’s Mothers Day 2025, and because someone used MY credit card fraudulently, I was waiting for the new card to arrive. So I had to buy a Visa Gift Card to buy mom’s flowers. I called Holland Nursery, as I do every year and ordered moms flowers( from Halifax) but I was short $1.25!! The lady put me on hold and came back saying, it’s no problem, don’t worry about the rest!…makes me forever grateful, I’m from Newfoundland!! Thank you Holland Nurseries, for your beautiful flowers for mom and the kindness in your hearts!!! 💕

The flower arrangement was beautiful as shown on the website. The delivery was made on time with a quick turnaround, and the delivery driver was so pleasant.
