If you’re looking for a garden centre that never leaves you “stumped,” Holland Nurseries has been my old faithful for years. Every spring, this is my happy place. Whether I need flowers for the garden, a last-minute gift, or a beautiful arrangement for someone special, they always help things bloom perfectly. Several times a year, I order arrangements from them for birthdays, get well wishes, sympathy flowers, and special occasions. Sometimes I order online, sometimes by phone, and every single time the staff are kind, patient, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. I often ask for custom arrangements with specific colours, flowers, or scents, and they always seem excited to help instead of making it feel like an inconvenience. That kind of service is rare these days. They really do go the extra mile to make things feel personal. The setup is also fantastic. You can wander through the main building and continue right into multiple connected greenhouses without needing to brave the Newfoundland weather. Then if you head outside to the right, there’s an entire outdoor garden centre with even more greenhouses and variety. It’s basically impossible to leave without saying “I’ll just grab one more plant…” five times. Another huge bonus: they’re pet friendly! Seeing people stroll through the greenhouse with their dogs somehow makes flower shopping even happier. One thing I REALLY appreciate is how they display pot pricing above the cash register. It’s honestly one of the smartest and clearest setups I’ve seen at any garden centre. You know the price based on the pot size instead of trying to guess flower by flower. I actually wish I had taken a photo of it because it’s such a helpful idea — I’ll try to remember next visit! Also… if you love lilies, prepare to be pollen love. Best lily selection I’ve personally found so far. This place has helped me celebrate happy moments, comfort hard ones, and make my yard look far more impressive than my gardening skills probably deserve. A true local gem that continues to grow on me year after year. 💐 🌸

I am in Ontario and Holland Nursery has become my go-to when I want to send something special to family. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and the arrangements always look amazing. Highly recommend.

I had a hard time finding the perfect place to get the flowers I wanted and I found them at Holland Nurseries. Very prompt delivery and the flowers are exactly what I wanted. Very well presented and the cuddly toys were a huge bonus. Extremely satisfied with the bouquet and the toys. Will definitely be coming back for more. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using holland nurseries for years to send my mother flowers every month using their subscription package. It’s been amazing and I’m grateful I could do something like this for my mom and soften the guilt of all of us kids having moved into away lol. Customer support has been impeccable. Thank you!!!
