Our shop covers the following areas in Newfoundland:

St. John’s and surrounding communities, including Mount Pearl, Paradise, Petty Harbour, Torbay, Flatrock, Pouch Cove, Bauline, Portugal Cove-St. Philips, and the portion of Conception Bay South from Topsail to Foxtrap. We are also able to provide limited flower delivery service by courier to communities on the Southern Shore from Bay Bulls to Trepassey and to communities in St. Mary's Bay as well as to Placentia and nearby communities.

We deliver to the following facilities in St. John's and surrounding communities:

A local delivery fee for each separate address in a single order will be added to each order. The delivery charge for most addresses in St. John’s is $10.00. Delivery charge for St. John's addresses in the A1G (Kilbride), A1H (Southlands), and A0A1J0 (Shea Heights) postal code zones and for Mount Pearl (A1N postal code) is $13.00. For A1S (Goulds) the delivery charge is $15.00. Delivery charge for Torbay, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove is $12.00. Higher charges apply for deliveries to other outlying communities. The specific delivery charges for each community, listed with postal codes, are as follows:
 

Delivery service to Conception Bay South is limited to addresses in the A1W postal code. Limited service is available for some addresses in the A1X postal code, but it is recommended that you call our shop at (709) 726-1283 or (877) 726-1283) before placing your order to confirm if the address to which you are sending flowers is included in our service area.

We provide limited delivery service by local taxis serving communities on the Southern Shore, from Bay Bulls to Trepassey, and communities in the St. Mary’s Bay area. Delivery to these communities can only be provided from Monday to Friday on days when these local taxis are running. Same-day delivery service to these rural communities cannot be guaranteed as the service is subject to the running schedules of the local taxis involved. A shipping and handling charge of $5.00 per order plus the delivery fee per item charged by the individual taxi services involved applies to all orders delivered to these rural communities.

A wire service charge of $8.00, over and above the price listed on this website for specific products purchased and the $10.00 delivery fee paid to the filling florist, will be charged on any order that is to be delivered outside our immediate delivery area. In any case where we are unable to find an affiliated florist to fill the order for the total amount you have paid, we will contact you to make suitable alternative arrangements. Any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded if suitable arrangements cannot be made with a filling florist outside our deliveruy area.

Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. In cases where it is uncertain whether anyone will be present to accept delivery of a flower order, we may call the intended recipient in advance to schedule a suitable delivery time. If you specifically request that we not call ahead and multiple delivery attempts are required to complete a delivery, an additional delivery fee may be charged for each required delivery attempt.

We offer same day delivery Monday through Saturday on orders received before 1:00 p.m. on the requested delivery date. Delivery service on Sundays is limited to local area hospitals and funeral homes. Other deliveries requested for Sunday may be delivered the following business day.

To help assure on-time delivery during periods of peak demand, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the requested delivery date. In particular, same day local delivery cannot be guaranteed around Christmas and New Year's (December 18-31), Valentine's Day (February 12-14), Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, and Mother's Day (May 6-14). 

For rush orders, an Express 2-hour delivery service at an extra charge of $10.00 is available as available as an add-on item at checkout. However, this service may not be available on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Administrative Professionals Day and the period immediately before Christmas because of the exceptionally large number of deliveries that have to be made in a short time on these occasions.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We can also relay orders to Teleflora affiliated florists in many communities across Newfoundland and Labrador and throughout North America. Orders for delivery in any community outside our immediate delivery area will be relayed to an affiliated florist in that community. In the event we are unable to find a Teleflora affiliated florist serving the community where you want flowers delivered, we will contact you and provide whatever assistance we can in helping you locate a suitable filling florist, if any is available in that area. 

Orders for delivery outside Canada and the United States cannot be placed through this website. To place an order for delivery of flowers outside Canada and the United States, please call our shop directly.
